General Terms of Use and Contracting of TocaPadel24

This document sets out the legal conditions governing access to and use of the TocaPadel24 mobile app and website. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General Information
The Platform is operated by TocaPadel24.
2. Service Purpose
TocaPadel24 offers an intermediary platform that allows users to: book padel courts at affiliated sports centres; create, view and join public or private matches; consult levels, rankings and statistics; and interact with other community members.
3. User Registration
To use the Platform, the user must be over 14 years of age, provide accurate information and keep it updated, and be responsible for the custody of their access credentials. TocaPadel24 reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Public Match Rules
When creating or joining a public match: the user accepts that their profile data is visible to other users; agrees to attend the match (repeated no-shows may result in access restrictions); respect and sportsmanship are mandatory.
5. Payments, Bookings and Cancellations
Payments are processed through secure gateways integrated in the App. Each club may have its own cancellation policy. TocaPadel24 may apply a management fee, which will be clearly indicated before completing any transaction.
6. Levels and Rankings System
The level system is a tool to balance the game. Users commit not to manipulate their level dishonestly. Match results entered in the App must be accurate.
7. Liability
TocaPadel24 acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for injuries sustained during play, the condition of club facilities, or lost items. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform (logos, code, design, texts) is the exclusive property of its owners. Reproduction or use without express authorisation is prohibited.
9. Data Protection and GDPR Rights
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which fully complies with the GDPR. Chat messages, private matches, posts and notification data are protected by strict access rules. You can exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) through the club reception or the in-app contact form.
10. Amendments and Applicable Law
TocaPadel24 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app following an amendment implies acceptance of the new terms. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Arrecife.
